Our Return Policy

1. Items shipped can be returned within 30 days upon receipt.
Note: Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. It should be noted that the shipping cost of the returned package is borne by the buyer.

To start a return, you can contact us at eenuu@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once the refund is approved, you will receive the refund within 30 days after we receive the returned package. It should be noted that all costs(return handling fees and return postage, etc.) incurred by the return of the goods need to be borne by the buyer

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Process

1.Contact Customer Service with order information and a brief description of your return. We will send you a printable slip with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order.
2.Print the return slip and put it inside your package along with the item(s) you are going to return and pack the item properly.
3.Send item(s) back to us through local post office. If you are in urgent need of handling the returned parcels, please contact our customer service and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.
4.We will process your return in 1-3 business days of receipt of the package and refund.

Why do I need to print the return label?

By scanning your return slip, our facility can locate your return much faster. After that we can proceed to refund/replacement.

We are a print on demand company and all products are made to order. We print in house, hire and use outsourced manufacturers to print our graphic designs for speed and quality. Some items will ship separately.

However, Apparel will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt (damages include incorrect sizing from what was ordered, faulty printing, tears/holes in item). All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen, change of heart on color (where applicable), etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing charts or contact us via email if you’re unsure before purchasing.

If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address YOU provide during order processing.

Additional

In some instances with graphic images (not font), the actual graphic may be increased in size for clarity in our store. This is not considered a defect in quality or product.

If for any reason there is a defect in our product, customer has approximately 10 (calendar) days from date of package receipt to notify us of the defect. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date,You must contact us before returning the items.All items sent back to us must be in their original condition ie not worn,altered or washed,with all tags attached.Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.We will issue refunds after it has received and inspected the returned merchandise.

Additionally, we are not responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office.

How to Initiate A Refund

In case you are unsatisfied with the received purchase, we request you to reach us at eenuu@hotmail.com with your order details, and we shall revert back to you at the earliest with the details of return shipping process. Please note that if the item is crashed during the transportation, we will bear the shipping fee. However, if the item being returned without any problem, you need to pay for the shipping fee.

The product be purchased only from eenuu.com and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.

Return request should be raised within 30 business days from the date of delivery.We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 30 business day refund period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.

Product should reach us in sellable condition.

Kindly note that during a promotion, specific rules will apply for returning a promotional product or freebies if the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product or wrong size we will accept return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delay in receiving the order

If you don’t receive your products and you can’t track it, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest.

In such an event, we can cancel your order and process your refunds the money in your banking account or track your order and expedite the shipment.

you will not be entitled for any cash refunds as per our policy.

Return will only be made in form of credit to your Bank account.

Exchange

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at the moment. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please send your request to our customer service team, and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
